Visitation will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 from 4:00 8:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 20, at 11:00 a.m.

JL was born July 14, 1943 in Bakersfield, CA., raised in Arvin, CA., moved to Antioch, CA., and worked for Kaiser Gypsom for 35 years until retirement.

JL proudly served two tours of duty in the U.S. Army in Vietnam as a helicopter gunner. He loved playing baseball, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Wanita Bonds, daughters, Kim Brown and husband Bill Brown, Shannon Bonds and partner, Steve Schiavone & Carra Hardy. Granddaughters, DeNaè and RaeAnn Brown.
